MTN incorrect debit order

I had to call MTN every month after my debit order date because the debit the wrong amount and my bank reject it.this is been happening from February 2024 today. When I call they say the issue is resolved for it to happen the following month. Today they suspended my number because of the fault on their end. Yesterday the made a once of debit order but today my number is suspended
