Mtn Incorrect Bulling

I have tried multiple times to change my account to a new owner. I’m still getting billed even though this changeover has been completed. Every single time I go into branch, they say I should call customer care. When I call customer care, they either hang up or doesn’t go through or puts me back at main menu. I’m so frustrated because so called Mtn service champions have not helped me at all.
