Mtn inconsistency
No one has been able to help me resolve this ********** account for over a year now. I complain every week but still i do not receive any assistance. I was last told to call legal department on ********** 644 and no one ever picks up. I have now taken it upon myself to involve my lawyers now and all i am requesting for is a number that actually works or someone that they can directly speak to as for the past week they have had no luck getting through. They tried lebohang from ***** and i think his name is trevashan but those numbers never get answered. To all the complaints analysts, we do not lay complaints because we are bored these are serious issues that affect us as customers that need to be dealt with promptly. For you to just reply to the complaint and never actually following up or replying EVER is unacceptable. Mtn just really does not care about its customers.

I still call everyday and guess what no one can pass the remaining credits i need to now again call legal department because my account us still with legal. You honestly have no idea how this has affected my credit rating. As it is i can't even apply for a home loan thanks to mtn. As had stated previously all I ask for is spectrums for my lawyers to be intouch with MTN. Im exhausted with all these empty promises and this is my name thats being dragged through all of this.
