MTN Inconsiderate Insurance

Submitted a cloak to repair the phones screen on 08/09/2023 and the device is still not collected till this day. I've already paid the access a very long time ago. This is honestly understandable, I've been calling and hearing the same story over and over again that device will be collected the next business day!!!
