MTN. Incompotent. Usless. Unhelpful. Just plane arrogate and hateful

So after getting a response from Roanne, telling me that they will investigate the matter further, I still have no answers. My email to MTN was finally rep**** to. They told me that on the 11th August between 02:17 and 22:34 I used 2.87gb of data. My AVERAGE usage for 1 MONTH is only 5gb. The best part is there is 5 transaction of exactly the same amount within the space of 38 minutes. 1.17Gigs of data down loaded in just 17 minutes. I want to see the connection that allows that kind of transfer rate!!!!!!!!!

This was all while I was sitting at a restaurant having lunch with my family. My phone was sitting in my wife's handbag. My kids are not allowed on my phone either!!!

I do not have any streaming app on my phone. I do not youtube on my phone. I have no Netflix on my phone.

SO please MTN, Please explain how I managed such a feat.
