MTN *********** useless customer service.

On star is too good for this company. Their customer service is diabolical, I have been trying to cancel my small contract to pay as you go for over six months, twice by telephone once by going into the store, and being told it was flagged for cancelation so they could do nothing. Phoned customer care, pasted on to another department, they then wanted to put me through to a different department, it seems nobody wants to do their job and they keep passing the buck. Please can MTN tell me what I have to do to get this contract cancelled which is already cancelled on their system, but it goes through my account every month.
