MTN *********** staff

Pathetic!!! Pathetic I tell you!!! Retentions department should be called repellent!!! I called in to upgrade and the staff knows zero about the products, they don't even have stock of anything I wanted... I settled for s20 while the s20+ difference is R10!!! As soon as I learned this, I canceled in less than 24hours. It's been 5 days and they cannot cancel because the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the phone from DSV. Funny how DSV picked it up in less than 24hours but it takes them more than 72hours to return it. I don't even understand how that's my business since I never even received that phone myself... So if DSV lost the phone by any chance I'll remain with a contract of a phone I never even received... I have called countless times and even called the complaints department, so basically no one from MTN Retentions is able to call the warehouse and request confirmation of receipt since they can see that DSV returned the phone on Monday.... I hurts only because I have contracts with Mtn for more than 7years, never missed a payment and even converted my husband from telkom to this *******....
