MTN *********** service

MTN is at it again, with their incompetence, I app**** for a Sim swap on the 15 April 2021, and according to MTN it should take 2 to 24 hours, it has now been 96 hours and I am still waiting, I went today 19 April 2021 to the MTN shop where i did the sim swap on Thursday and they cant help me either. This is ridiculous I can't wait for my contract to come to an end with MTN.
