MTN *********** management

MTN management at Hemingways mall (East London) is *********** and playing with customers. I have a contract with them. My IPhone XS had a problem with screen I couldn't touch, I guess it had a factory fault after a month of usage. I took my phone to them for repairs, instead of updating me the whereabouts of my phone they kept quiet. I just found out now that the phone was lost by the courier company (DSV) which was taking the phone to their repair store in P.E. The manager is telling me that they are investigating this problem and now I am suffering I don't have a phone and its 2 months full, they are still investigating. I need help people.
