***** case was logged in February. Its now 20 May and it still hasnt been resolved. MTN does not do their due diligence for online contract applications. They gave people phones who are not Me!?!?! Did you even check the ID vs the person collecting the phone!? I doubt you guys even verify against the home affairs system. You guys must be in on all the ***** happening because you are VERY wreckless. Then take your time to resolve ***** queries. 5months!? Thats longer than the 30 days you SHOULD take by law!
