MTN-*********** baffoons!

This is now my 3rd review on the site regarding the absolutely pathetic service that I have been receiving from MTN. I extended my cell phone contract with MTN more than a year ago. My banking details with MTN was updated and a debit order date confirmed when I extended my contract with the purchase of a new phone. But for whatever reason not one of my debit orders have ever gone off. I have had to make an EFT payment every month. Despite many phone calls and visits to their outlets and promises that my debit order details were in order not once did any of them go off. Now my phone service has been suspended due to a late EFT payment and remains off 3 days later after payment! Now I have to ask the question why have my debit orders not gone off despite all my attempts to confirm all was in order and promises from MTN that it wont happen again. MTN you are either lying to me or you are ***********. Which one is it? UNSUSPEND MY PHONE SERVICE AND DO YOUR JOB!!!!
