Hi, I've tried to get through to someone in detentions department, but just don't succeed.

My last attempt was a couple of minutes ago, where I was holding on for more than 10 minutes, only to have the call dropped.

This is purely ***********, and the other two attempts were returned with these agents not feeling enthusiastic at all.

This is absolutely dusgusting.

I'd like to terminate both my data contracts. What is the process?
