I upgraded my contract via the 808 upgrade and consequently I have found out they have passed it on to Velocity in Durban they have me as number for Velocity which does not exist. ********** 200 I have been on the phone now with MTN for the last two hours and they keep cutting me off. It seems like nobody can help out wants to help. The service from MTN is pathetic and so are the consultants they don't seem to understand what you are telling them. Their seems to be no service left at MTN what a shame. Very frustrating and my query has not been solved.Who is Velocity?

Thank you for the response however it has not solved my issue? All I have done today is trying to get a small query solved which has not been resolved as of yet. I believe Velociti is a **** within the upgrade centre.
