Last year November when my contract ended I requested to be migrated to pre-paid, and on 12/05/2015 I received an email from Nomshato Nthupi MTN retentions, who confirmed my cancellation, but since January I’ve had to contact my bank monthly to reverse your unauthorized debit orders, and I’m now receiving threatineng SMS that if I don’t deposit R400 to your Absa account you will suspend my number
