MTN INCOMPETENCY & IRRESPONSIBILITY

Friday 3rd June 2022 i went into MTN STORE @Eastgate to upgrade phone (that was long overdue 2years to be exact) and been with MTN for the past 15 - 20years i had to do fingerprints, hence the machine was having problems reading my fingerprints, the consultant said he would have to send application to Head office for approval and they would let me know by Monday 6th June 2022 (which did not happen!!!). On the 13th June i got a call to say that they would deliver the phone to my work place, within 3 working days (till today nothing delivered/received!!!)today 22/06/2022 i got hold of MTN to be transferred from pillar to post eventually i got hold of a gentleman kind enough to let me know that due to no "STOCK" they cancelled my upgrade!!!! HOW THE HELL CAN THEY DO THAT WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE ME!!!
