MTN - (Incompetency) everywhere you go...

So after cancelling my contract with MTN this time last year, MTN STILL loaded airtime and data to my phone AGAIN the following month after they confirmed the contract had finished and I had given them notice that I DO NOT want to renew. I then went to the MTN Store at Mall @ Reds Immediately that morning to tell them that they need to reverse the funds as I have not touched the airtime or Data and I am stopping their order and will not pay for it (as it was cancelled in time). they immediately took the airtime and Data off my number again and notified me that they have escalated the matter so I will not be charged for it - as I was not supposed to receive it, and took the liberty of going in to the store so they can take the complete amounts off again.

Yesterday - A YEAR AFTER THIS INCIDENT, I get a call from MBD Inc. threatening me that if I don't pay this outstanding balance for my FNB contract they will be forced to take further legal action?!?

I have informed the lady on the phone that I will find the paperwork stating that I had cancelled it in time and will no longer receive the respective amounts of airtime/Data and will no longer be liable to a monthly debit order of R500 odd for this (Expired) contract. this is not the first time that MTN has given me problems - this is why I decided not to renew my contract with them last year in the first place. I would like to make it very clear that, as a matter of principle, I WILL NOT PAY FOR THAT AIRTIME OR DATA, as I had FORMALY informed them, IN TIME, that I DO NOT want to renew the contract, and after they STILL loaded my number with the airtime and data, I never used it and had it reversed immediately.

I have escalated this to my lawyer as I am far happier in paying them 10 times the amount that I 'owe' MTN, than paying for a service that I never received. if you make contact with me from MTN, don't bother asking me to send you proof of cancelation or ANYTHING from my side as these are do***ents coming from YOUR systems in the first place and you should have this on record yourself rather than just trying to rip people off. I'll give you these do***ents in court when I counter sue you for harassment. I'm tired of big corporations walking over consumers and threatening them with credit records. you don't scare me. I have everything I need to prove that I do not owe you a single Penny.

kindly forward me an address of an individual to whom I can send any legal do***entation from my side to MTN for this utter nuisance and waste of time.

good day
