MTN Incompetency

If I could give -star points I would! Worst network company in terms if service?! I'm a new subscriber and lodged a complaint on 18 January 2023. Everyone seems to be wiping their backsides with it. Their staff is *********** and obviously not trained properly!!! Empty promises are made and no-one gets bck to you. I am disgusted!
