MTN Incompetency

Good day,

I have been a long serving client with MTN backing up to 1997. A few years back I cancelled on of my contracts as they could not match the offer I received from FNB. I continued my service with MTN of my alternate number ***) which my wife utilizes. Beginning of this year I renewed my contract and was advised by their Mr. Desmond Coetzee that my early upgrade fees were waivered which MTN customers previously did not pay. My account was to be credited as I always paid in advance and up to date, pay extra than due. Every month from date of the new contract, i have to call in to reconnect my services as it would be disconnected. I do not receive or cannot make calls for a week in a month at least. We even lost a family member during this time and was not reachable due to this issue. I incurred costs on my alternate number trying to resolve this and made 6 calls today at least. My calls were dropped each time and I sometimes spend approximately 35minutes on hold. MTN can retrieve these calls.

Why pay for a contract that you cannot use and one contract that you utilize to resolve the other.

My cell is still disconnect and I'm advised that MTN are now in breach.

Hope to resolve and be compensated for no connectivity and time wasting aside from costs.
