MTN incompetence service

After 30 years of using MTN, I am now cancelling all our contracts because of incompetance, unprofessional service, user unfriendly systems that fail us as their customers. Holding the line for hours on end without resolving any query at all is frustrating to say the least. Goodbye MTN
