MTN incompetence, lack of customer service, breach of contract and Network issues

MTN incompetence, lack of customer service and breach of contract for the last two months have given me no option but to turn to HelloPeter… About 3 months ago I requested a number swap which was done by Justine Snyders. After I received my new number, I had numerous errors with regards to data and my network not connecting to the internet; this is still not resolved after 2 months of calling, visiting and constant emails to Justine. When I realized that this problem is far beyond my knowledge gap, I went to MTN Wonderboom Junction where I explicitly explained to them what was the problem and that I’ve checked my APN settings, called 135 numerous times etc. The staff at Wonderboom Junction had absolutely no clue how to approach this problem and was *********** beyond belief. After about 2 hours of waiting, they said I need to return the following day to get authorization, when I returned, they were clueless once more and nothing had materialised. After that I figured I’ll go to MTN Kollonade, which was just as terrible with customer service. My first encounter I spoke to a gentleman and informed him that I have data, my data is on and I’ve checked my APN setting but I can’t connect to the internet. Only after an hour of checking settings and doing exactly what I told him was wrong and that I’ve tried these alternatives, the employee figured out he has to request a log call (request number 132384). I then waited about 3-5 days but the problem wasn’t resolved so I returned to the store where I spoke to Emile. Emile indicated that there was a ‘bar’ on my sim and that he will contact head office and get back to me with a “Remedy ticket” number (I was at the store for about 2 hours). After waiting 2 days and not hearing from Emile, I phoned him and he said that I need to phone 135 and figure out what to do… Now fast forward to the present and for the last 3 weeks we have been in contact with Justine Snyders - again trying to resolve this issue and she stated that she has escalated this problem multiple times to head office and the individuals who should sort this out but still I can’t connecting to the internet. I have to however mention that she has constantly tried to assist in a very friendly manner but without any positive results. At the moment this indicates that MTN staff on all levels can’t find a solution to this problem and that I’m paying for a service that is faulty and thus a breach of contract from MTN’s side. We paid R250 for the sim swap (Faulty product), I went and spoked to 4 MTN employees where I should’ve been at work and missed out on wages for that day and they couldn’t assist me with simple “solutions” which I tried by just conducting a simple Google search (this just indicates that your staff isn’t trained on how to handle technical difficulties). Furthermore, I’ve been paying my contract and receiving a service which is faulty and therefor MTN is breaching contract and doing nothing from their side to rectify this error. I would like to have this problem resolved in the coming week or else…
