MTN Incompetence

Most *********** call center agents. MTN Sales personnel lie when making a sale. Only Godfrey Khwinana from Irene Mall MTN seems to know how to assist a client. Godfrey should be a Training Officer at MTN to teach the rest of MTN personnel how to assist clients. The majority of MTN Call Center do not return calls . I had a Cell C number which I ported to MTN on a Pay as You Go Basis, but I wanted this number ported to the MTN Contract Number. After a multitude of calls to *********** MTN Call Center agents, where i was told that this was not possible, or the porting was done, after asking for both SIM numbers, also told that recorded calls were deleted and not available to show their incompetence. This incompetence went on for almost 4 months before Godfrey resolved the challenge. I was ready to give up on MTN, until I met Godfrey at Irene Mall. This gentleman assisted me and within a week, my CELL C Number was updated to the MTN New Contract Number.
