MTN incompetence

I have never had such a terrible experience with a cellphone network. I app**** for a new cellphone contract with MTN at Sandton City only to have an incorrect phone loaded.I asked for this to be cancelled only to find out I have already been billed for a cellphone I DO NOT HAVE and the cancellation has still to be processed 2 weeks after requesting cancellation. As expensive as Vodacom is,I truly regret setting foot at MTN because I have never experienced such horrible service.
