MTN Incompetence

I have been attempting to activate my International SMS only roaming on MTN since 09 December 2021 with no luck. I have sent several emails and this matter has still not been resolved. I am currently working in Saudi Arabia and I am only contactable via my Saudi number or email which i mention in each mail but MTN still tries to contact me on my SA number????? *** *** *** ***
