MTN Incompetence.

Tried to renew 3 and open 4 more contracts plus a 300 Gig router at MTN. Been struggling since 3 Dec. Still no success! Result: cancelling 2 of the 3 existing contracts, cancel the 4 applications plus the router. How can MTN advertise deals if they do not have the devices? Is it even lawful - false advertising! How can nobody at MTN know how to open a basic contract/account. Only answer I get is that there is internal *****! Nobody is taking responsibility! At least I can say the staff are very kind and friendly.
