MTN Incompetence

Never take out a contract on MTN, they are so ***********. I ordered a phone on MTN and it was delivered but I returned it after 3 days. This happened in May. It's September now and they haven't cancelled my contract and still deducting money from me for a phone I didn't even use and after numerous requests for it to be cancelled
