MTN incompetence and false information.

I am attempting to speak to a consultant so that I can request an increase in spending limits. I was informed by a shop assistant in George Eden Meander shop that neither she, nor her manager can help me. I was informed to dial 135. I have dialed 135 on numerous occasions and THERE IS NO OPTION TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT. I also have no option to do this with the *141*5# self service option. Great stuff MTN - proudly joining the rest of so many businesses on the downhill slide.
