Mtn incompetence

The worst customer service. Your stuff is misleading and dishonest and frankly they do not know what their doing..attitude on steriods completely appalling i am a new took out a month to month 80gig contract with Lebo at mtn keywest on the 25th of october 2020 contract initial price os R398.. however i was informed my 1st payment is R595 including pro rata. Made a direct payment right there, and was told my next payment will be the 5th of December normal installment of R398, to my surprise i was debited on the 4th of November R398 literally 9 days after the initial payment.. which is ridiculous i escalated this with the manager in store *samantha* who says she does not know what is happening hence she cannot help billing department comes back to her after 3 weeks of waiting patiently for my feedback and they tell me i will be double debited again..i am appalled at the level of incompetence in that organization and hope i find a suitable solution before my cancellation.
