MTN Incompetence

My data sim card which I use exclusively for my business just stopped working. It said no data available, I went into a store, apparently there is data on the sim, but for some reason it does not access the data. In 48 hours I lost, clients and money, I could not reply to emails, or place orders, or get orders out. The store referred me to the 135 nr, after 20 minutes I was still navigating the voice prompts, never got to speak to human being. I mailed the area manager.....total silence. Still no connectivity, still losing money and clients. Also impossible to cancel this product that does not work.

Stay away from MTN, if something goes wrong you are stuck with it.
