Mtn Incompetence

I've been having contract with mtn for the past 15years but due to covic19 my business is not doing well I wanted to cancel that contract on July but they offered me a better package for better price, since then I've never received the promised package but they a billing me every month and recently received a call from their agent cancelling my contract because I've been complaining about the package
