MTN INCOMPETENCE

Took out a month to month contract. Had to pay for 2 months in advance on the 1st of May. Cancelled it on the 12th of my due to the delivery not being done. I have been trying ever since to get my money back but without success. I can only email them and get ticket numbers. It's absolutely ridiculous that my money is still not refunded. Ref BA***
