Mtn incompetence

I am dissatisfied and frustrated with the lack of competence from MTN. They have suspended my line and refuse to open them when my account has been been and does reflect on there side they just cant seem to be of any help. They have told me on 3 different occasions they will be getting their manager to call me back and i am still waiting 3 days later and i have called multiple times every day and still no help
