Mtn incompetence.

After receiving a sms stating that my payment was overdue, I immediately contacted the call centre to sort out the issue. Initially I was informed that it was sent in error, but the messages persisted. After speaking to several consultants and reference numbers my number has now been suspended. I called again and requested a manager, I was put on hold for 10min with dead silence in the background. I hung up and tried again. Exactly the same thing happened. I have proof of every payment made and haven't skipped one. MTN CAN NOW SHOVE THEIR CONTRACT UP THEIR ASSES!! I have had enough of their incompetence.
