Mtn incompetence

Mtn personal at the operating centers or head office must be very *********** if it takes them a year to cancel a contract and move 3 numbers to pay as you go. And on the day that they actually cancel the contract they deactivated the numbers completely instead of activating them on pay as you go. The whole problem started with Mtn Riverside in Vanderbijlpark because they never call back don’t follow up. They always have 24 hours but I you default they won’t give you 24 hours. I have been a Mtn customer for nearly 30 years and now its goodbye Mtn.
