MTN - INCOMPETENCE/*******

Purchased 2 iPhones on Contract a month ago. The one workd perfectly and the 2nd one the sim card says it is RICA BLOCKED - i have been back and forth to the MTN Store where i signed up and im given ridiculous explanations and instruction to keep the phone off an on with diff time intervals.

been a month and the SIM is still RICA BLOCKED - 1st installment charged in FULL and no one @ the store or via the CALL CENTRE actually has a solution.

i have reached out to different agents within the MTN Contact Centre to no help.

is it your new way of robbing clients or is this a true act of pure incompetence and lack of customer care. i mean it is daylight ******* to actually Bill a client for a SIM YOU NEVER ACTIVATED
