MTN incompetence
<p>When I took out my contract my details were captured incorrectly. I requested to have changes made via MTN Active. I received an SMS from MTN stating "Yello, your details have updated as requested. Kind regards MTNSA"</p> <p>When I checked on MTN Active my details were NOT changed. I phoned the call centre to ask why I got the SMS and the lady could not answer me. I was told all sorts of reasons but the fact is is the SMS was incorrect. She refused to transfer me to a supervisor as "they will tell me the same thing" The call was made at 9:05 3 August.</p> <p>I want to know how MTN can send me an SMS to tell me they have done something when they obviously have not?</p>

04 Aug 2016, 16:28Well check again THE DETAILS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED. And you also dont understand English. My question was : WHY DO I GET AN SMS TO SAY DETAILS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IF THEY HAVE NOT? And I even got a second one!
