MTN Incompetance

I have been trying to cancel a contract since December 2020 to no avail.

I keep on getting emails to provide alternate contact number and reply that there is a number to contact me at the bottom of my email, in the signature.

This has now been going on for four months.

I expect a full refund from MTN. Regards,
