MTN INCOMPENCE

I have been trying for months to sort out an account. I paid my account sent the proof of payment through like six times, My account gets suspended and then when the proof is sent through it is unsuspended, two weeks later it is suspended AGAIN and we go through the same story. Who is allocating these payments? I have visited the store, they send these proofs through and again two weeks later, SUSPENDED AGAIN. I am NOT paying for a second time because they are ***********.
