MTN Incompatency and false advertising

I received an email from MTN w.r.t upgrading my cellphone contract. I was directed to a deal with ***. The deal was a personalized deal expiring the 30th of April 2022. I tried upgrading online, at the store and phoning MTN but no one could assist me or find the deal but it is on the website..
