MTN INCAPABLE OF PROCESSING FUTURE CANCELLATIONS.

My cellphone contract expires on 26/1/25. They cannot process my cancellation request because . . ."Kindly note that the system is not able to capture future cancellation dates, since your termination date is on the 26/01/2025 you will be charged early termination fess should we process the cancellation now"

Really .. . MTN CANNOT PROCESS FUTURE CANCELLATIONS ????
