mtn inaurance playing deaf and dumb

My iPhone was reported on 21dec 2015. Was collected aonth later and now I'm still waiting for my phone. They ddnt give me a temporary phone, I had to buy another one. I'm struggling to deactivate the icloud and they not assisting me after asking countless times on email, be cause their phone is not being answered. I still dnt have feedback. I haven't heard a word back from them. Its almost march and u still dnt have my phone and I'm paying insurance every month. They are helpful at all<br>
