Mtn inaccurate and devious

Mtn Beacon Bay is inaccurate and unprofessional. I was sold a cellphone deal in June 2021. Last month I it was communicated that im actually paying for 2 sim cards

When i tried to enquire about the 2nd sim unknown to me, the consultant that processed my application at this branch was rude and disrespect towards me, another consultant offered to assist. I was sent to do an affidavit which took hours, returned it to them two weeks ago.

Today i visited the branch, only to find that the affidavit eas was a ploy to get rid of me, it's never been utilized, in fact, they cannot undo this deal, the branch manager advised this.

I want mtn to cancel this 2nd sim and refund me including vat, i cannot pay for a sim card I've never received and used.

If the sim card was part of the deal, it was supposed to be given to me or inserted into the device or box.

Please assist.
