Mtn inability to resolve issues

I did an online upgrade via an sms sent by mtn. The incorrect package was loaded and I've been trying for the past 2 months to rectify this. I even tried the FB escalation dept. As usual no one takes the initiative to resolve the problem. If this cannot be amended I want the contract canceled
