MTN inability to deliver services

I am without voice services on my cellphone since Saterday My send numerous emails, visit the local MTN branch, made calls but each time the same result, they will escalate the problem but no results It seems that all the MTN technician are on leave or the do not know how to solve the problem. I do have 9 contracts with MTN and shall start to cancel all of them and port the numbers to TELCOM. Their rates are on any case much cheaper. My advice to everybody is, avoid MTN They are incapable to deliver the service which they are contractual compelled to do.
