MTN in Violation of POPI act.

I used to have a number registered on my name, it belonged to my late wife. The number is now back in circulation and MTN is sending me the new customer's account and billing, via e-mail. It has been months that MTN has been in violation of the POPI Act to send someone's personal information to an incorrect address. please remove my e-mail adfdress from ***, the number has a new owner.
