MTN in the business of bad service.

<p>Thandeka Mdlovu!!! </p> <p>someone must really have trained her to be able to give such bad service , surely?</p> <p>Apparently when you submit a application you will here from them within 24h to find out if it's been approved or if they need more documents - not when Thandeka is handling your application, you don't hear anything you have to phone through and sit on hold for 30min to speak to someone to find out you need to send through. So surely within 24h of sending through your documents something should have been done with them, not when Thandeka is dealing with your application cause remember she doesn't answer her emails or bothers to contact you. Remember when you are dealing with Thandeka you are basically working for MTN as you need to phone through and wait for an hour to find out that the application is incomplete, Whats missing? oh just those documents that you sent through to her a day ago, let me put you through to Thandeka (what was i thinking that i thought this may actually happen) so lets go through the route of the MTN switch board -> retentions (great deal that is SINCE I HAVEN'T EVEN MANAGED TO OPEN THE CONTRACT YET) -> then back into the queu for sales to wait another 18min to finally speak to someone.</p> <p> </p> <p>This agents customer relation s****s are absolutely atrocious, the thought that i may actually have to speak to her again actually makes me sick to my stomach as i know i get anything she needs promptly sent through to her but knowing that absolutely nothing will be done with them actually frustrates me, actually infruriates me to the point of tears which as an adult male is quite an achievment for her.</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN up your service game, if this is how you guys treat potential customers i am actually worried how your service will be if i actually become a customer. i think i am second guessing myself now.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
