MTN in need of my Money
<p>Hi. I renewed my contract in July 2015 for my cell ********** 626. When i did that they left the contract open. This means i had no limit on the phone. I incurred extra charges which i was forced to pay. MTN corrected this and the contract was fine with a limit until now. I just called in now and again i got a huge charge because the phone was opened during December .Unfortunitetly the consultant could not check nor bother why this occured on my account. I guess it is also none of his business because he does not have to pay that unnecessary amount does he ? I have been with MTN for so long and now i understand when people say, "loyalty does not pay the bills" I want MTN to explain to me what happened .</p>

Please be advised that to allow additional charges the usage limit was changed from R2.00 to R318 by the cellphone user via the self-help service USSD code on 2016-10-22. The usage limit was then set to R0.00 by one of our contact centre consultants, kindly note that you can monitor and manage the usage limit by dialling *141*1*7852#ok.
