MTN in conjunction with MDB Attorneys - DISGUSTING !!!!!

On 25 January 2017 MTN debited my account with R953.00. I have never in my life opened an account with MTN. I contacted my bank to reverse the transaction & put a stop payment on it - at a cost to me.

I contacted MTN who told me I must get an affidavit stating that I never opened the account and they will take it up with their ***** division. I said No, why must I be inconvenienced and have to take time out of my day to go to the Police Station to get an affidavit. How about YOU PROVE TO ME that I opened the account!!! Surely, with RICA, MTN would have needed to verify this account and should have a contract signed by me?!!!

About 6 months after the initial debit I start receiving phone calls from SAYA recoveries asking for me to pay my outstanding account. What has unfolded has been almost a year and a half of harassment. You, MTN, have handed me over to MDB Attorneys who are the most disgusting bunch of people who have relentlessly harassed me with phone calls & smses.

To this day, MTN have never provided me with a copy of this alleged contract.

I eventually got so fed up with & just went and got the affidavit to get you creeps off my back.

On the 18th of September 2018 I received feedback from MTN legal saying that a request has been sent to the debt collectors to close the file.

I am still being harassed by the debt collectors !!!!!!!

MTN, you are in the wrong, not me. I hold you entirely responsible for the harassment from MBD Attorneys.

I'd still LOVE to see the "contract" by the way.

What will turn my frown upside down is for you to guarantee me that you will get the debt collectors to close the file and never contact me again. I'm won't be holding my breath though...
