MTN in breach of Contract with me

MTN Is the worst company that exists. They dont deserve this one star- they should be on a minus 1! They pathetic, unprofessional, unreliable , ignore a customer, dont get back to you on any emails, leave you hanging on calls for over 15 minutes, i emailed the “so called” *** email address on 1st, 3rd, 10th, 11th March. Emailed the “so called” *** 5 times on the 1st, 2nd, 2nd again, 10th, 11th March. None of the above did i get one reply, nor a call. They in breach of my contract!!!! 10 Emails - reference’s ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, ***. I even have read receipts but NO RESPONSE TO MY QUERY I even went into the MTN Greenstone Mall store and saw an agent by the name of Motesi who was NOT HELPFUL at all, after almost breaking into tears he even said the upgrade of R599 is loaded and my April debit order will be R599. But they just took R1625.72!!!!!! I received a call from a MTN agent 24 February telling i am due for an upgrade- we finalized on downgrading me from R1304.26 to a R599 contract (without a device) cause my phone is still fine. Her suggestion! She emailed me the new contract from a no-replymtn email address on the 24/2/2021 for the new upgrade R599 MTN TalkXL NO device -that replaces my existing contract. Or so I THOUGHT!!!! 1 Feb MTN take R1304,26. 1 March MTN take R1304.26. 1 April MTN take R1625.72 !!!!!!!!!!! You downgrade, no device, R599 yet MTN CHARGE YOU MORE!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I AM ALREADY ON DEBT REVUE ALREADY BATTLING FINANCIALLY AND NOW THIS - CHARGE ME NEARLY TRIPLE MORE THAN THE NEW CONTRACT UPGRADE OF R599! I WANT MY MONEY BACK BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY, 1 APRIL!!!! I am going to RD now on my account because of USELESS MTN!!! They in Breach of my contract!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT TO CANCEL WITH THIS USELESS MTN COMPANY!!!! They wasting all their money on useless staff that do nothing on their side!!! I am fed up!!! I am done!!!
