MTN in breach of contract - poor service delivery

I have had no signal for 5 days. MTN keeps on saying they are working on it. MTN is in breach of contract. They are not supplying the network coverage that I am paying for in terms of our contract. A contract is not just one sided. I am paying my monthly contract fees but MTN is not delivering on their side of the contract. I have to use Vodacom now since I am working from home. Cannot wait for this contract to end so that I can switch to Vodacom.
