MTN IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE MATTER
<p>MTN *******</p> <p>I SIGNED AN MTN CONTRACT FOR R559 PER MONTH AND AM BEING CHARGED R599 PER MONTH.</p> <p>I CAPPED THE PHONE AT R560 PER MONTH WHEN I BOUGHT IT. MTN UNCAPPED IT.</p> <p>I HAVE ALL THE SIGNED DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT THE ABOVE AND HAVE SENT IT TO MTN. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION.</p> <p>MTN IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND I WOULD THEREFORE LIKE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT</p>
I have emailed you the 11 page contract and it is signed for at R559.
You must email me the page where I signed for R599.
What about MTN *******ly uncapping my phone? I have written evidence that it was to be capped at R560.
